1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing data from StockTraderData.com or contacting us for an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of all data products and services provided by StockTraderData.
2. Services Provided
StockTraderData provides B2B stock market trader databases for use by advisory firms, brokerage houses, telecalling teams, and financial services companies. Data is provided as Excel/CSV files delivered via WhatsApp or Email.
3. Payment Terms
- All orders are confirmed after full payment via UPI, NEFT/IMPS, or online payment link
- Data is delivered only after successful payment confirmation
- Invoices are provided on request
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
4. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
Accuracy rates vary by plan (20%+ for Fresh Leads, 5–10% for Active/Premium, volume-focused for Calling Leads). These are estimates based on historical performance. We do not guarantee specific response rates or conversion outcomes.
All data is sourced from publicly available registrations and third-party verified records. Records are deduplicated and updated monthly. Despite our quality processes, some records may contain outdated or incorrect information.
5. Replacement Policy
We review replacement requests for incomplete or clearly incorrect records on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact our support team on WhatsApp with the specific records in question within 7 days of delivery.
Replacements are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion. We do not offer refunds on delivered data.
6. Permitted Use
Data purchased from StockTraderData may be used for:
- Telecalling and outreach campaigns by your organisation
- Email marketing to the contact records provided
- CRM import for your own advisory/brokerage operations
Data may NOT be:
- Resold or sublicensed to third parties
- Shared with competing data vendors
- Used for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
7. Fresh Leads — Exclusivity
Fresh Lead packages are exclusive and non-shareable. Each set of Fresh Leads is sold to a single buyer only. Any attempt to redistribute or resell these records is a violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
StockTraderData is not liable for any business losses, missed revenue, or consequential damages arising from the use or non-use of our data. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
